During Kaizen Week, we developed an innovative VR training for Toyota. The experience placed a team member in virtual reality, facing a bomb with a countdown timer.
Participants received a document with questions related to the training topic. Correct answers revealed the methods to defuse the bomb, encouraging collaboration, quick thinking, and practical application of knowledge.
