General Electric aimed to reduce accidents in its energy operations. To achieve this, Messier developed a realistic and immersive VR training program, simulating risk scenarios across six construction areas.
Using Unreal Engine technology, the system allowed employees to interact with real-life scenarios and safely learn the consequences of each decision.
The project achieved significant results: a 32% reduction in workplace accidents. Its success was so notable that, beyond Brazil, the training was expanded to other countries.
